1. Our Services
Devticx Ltd is a digital solutions agency offering the following core services:

• Content Writing
• Graphic Design

• Social Media Management
• Blogging Niche Research

We also offer part-time hosting services exclusively to our clients as an added convenience. Hosting is not our primary business and is subject to separate conditions (outlined below).

2. Use of Services
By working with Devticx Ltd, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• To communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner during project timelines
• Not to misuse any service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• That all projects, once started and agreed upon, are non-refundable unless specified
• We reserve the right to decline service or cancel a project in case of violation of these terms.

3. Payment and Project Terms

• All payments must be made in advance or based on agreed project milestones
• Incomplete or delayed payments may result in paused or cancelled services
• Monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media) must be renewed at the start of each billing cycle
• Any late renewal beyond 5 days may result in suspension of services

4. Hosting Services Policy

• Devticx Ltd provides limited hosting services only to support our clients. Please note the following:
• Hosting plans must be renewed before expiration to avoid suspension or deletion of data
• If a hosting plan expires and is not renewed on time, Devticx Ltd is not responsible for any data loss or downtime
• If a client fails to renew hosting and later requests access to their files or a transfer to another provider, they will be charged a data recovery/transfer fee of  30$ before files are released
• We reserve the right to permanently delete expired accounts 7 days after the due date if no renewal or communication is made
• Hosting is offered as a support service and is not included under our core service guarantees

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, websites, and materials created by Devticx Ltd remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
• Client-provided materials (e.g., images, text, logos) remain the property of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
Devticx Ltd is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party providers or platform issues
• Loss of data due to client inaction, late renewals, or external attacks
• Results from content or designs when improperly used or altered after delivery
• While we strive for top quality and uptime, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or revenue outcomes.

7. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies agreement to the updated terms.
